Delete your Bangels Hunt & Scout account

Bangels Hunt & Scout is made by Bangel Customs LLC. You can ask us to delete your Pro account and its data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to Pro, or include that address.
3. We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

Cancel any active subscription first: Google Play subscriptions in the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions, website subscriptions from your Stripe receipt link.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and Pro sign-in records on our server.
• Your Pro subscription status kept with your email.
• Your saved 3D stand plans.
• Your synced data and backed-up photos (pins, stands, trail cams, bucks, sightings, notes). You can also delete these yourself any time: Settings → Account → Delete my synced data.

What is kept

• Payment and tax records kept by Google Play or Stripe, as the law requires (usually up to 7 years). We never store card numbers.

Data on your phone

If you never signed in, pins and photos stay only on your phone. If you signed in, the copy on your phone is not touched by deleting your account. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them.
